Our Policies

Cancellation Policy

  • The total amount of the reservation is due at the time of booking  
  • If you cancel more than 30 days in advance, the total amount of the reservation will be refunded 
  • If you cancel less than 30 days in advance, we do not offer refunds, but 50% of your rate can be applied to a future or different reservation  
  • If you decide to leave early, 50% of the rate can be applied to a future or different reservation  
  • In case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged 
  • Booking credits are valid for 2 years 

Parking Policy

  • Pre-approval required
  • Parking availability based on reservation; Entire Villa - 3; Single Apartment - 1
  • No street parking
  • All cars have to be registered during check-in
  • Instructions will be provided to pickup and drop off gate keys
  • We do not take responsibility for loss or damage to vehicles or personal belongings
  • Car should not be parked beyond check-out time without authorization
  • Cars parked without authorization will be towed at owner's expen

Smoking Policy - Don't!

  • We are a non-smoking property (including common areas)
  • This applies to both traditional smoking methods and all electronic delivery systems, including vapes, vaporizers, vape pens, hookah pens, electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes or e-cigs), e-pipes etc. 
  • Any smoking in the rooms or outside common areas will result in a $100 cleaning fee or more

Pet Policy

No pets allowed except service animals with proper identification

Damage Policy

  • We do not take a deposit during booking to cover potential damages 
  • Pre-existing damages or room issues must be reported to the front desk immediately after check-in 
  • In the event of damages, we reserve the right to charge your card on file after check-out  or use a collection agency to recover the damages
  • If we find out about damages during your stay, we reserve the right to ask you to pay for the damages immediately or leave the property, without a refund.

Outside Guest Policy

  • All registered and outside guests must provide identification
  • No restrictions on overnight stays
  • Total number of registered and outside guests cannot exceed the max occupancy of the accomodation (Eg: - 2 per room) 
  • Events, gatherings, or celebrations must be approved in advance (charges may apply)
  • You will be held responsible for your guest's actions including damages 

Pool & BBQ policy

  • No glass in pool
  • No lifeguard on duty - children must be supervised
  • Shower before entering pool; Swimsuit / swim diapers required

Description Title

  • Pool, deck and patio areas are shared common spaces and must be used respectfully
  • Quiet hours apply from 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM 
  • Please do not move furniture

Description Title

  • BBQ use requires advance reservation; maximum 2 hours per day per group
  • Guests must clean the area after use and dispose of trash properly
  • Disposable plates, and utensils are provided. You will have to bring your own Gas.
