Zen is all about balance. We balance keeping our guests comfortable, allowing them a pleasurable stay, and running a sustainable business.
Sustainability
We are the MOST environmentally friendly villa in Costa Rica. We use a system of construction called BuildBlock that minimizes waste throughout construction. It is extremely energy efficient because of the insulation it provides. We keep it simple in our interior design allowing us to reduce our overall carbon footprint.

We have not sacrificed on this most important expectation of our guests. BuildBlock makes the entire building and every room completely soundproof allowing you to enjoy your stay in tranquility even as others might be partying. Spacious floor plans, air conditioning, fast wifi, king beds, private balconies, and multiple lounge areas are all designed for your comfort

Zen Villa is an absolute oasis in a beautiful location!
Our group loved our stay there, starting from check-in to check-out. The host was very responsive and so was the maintenance person ready to help us at all times with a smile! We had a truly relaxing time during our stay. Some highlights worth mentioning include
- Truly steps from the beach, amazing location to go for a morning walk or jog on a beach that was not overcrowded.
- Spectacular view of the sunset from the infinity pool, words can't do justice to how beautiful the view was.
- Lots of activities available in the common areas, including ping pong, pool tables, lounge chairs, swings.. you name it.
- Tons of food options nearby for people of all tastes
- Neat and clean property that is almost brand-new
All in all it was a great vacation for our group! We will miss Jaco & this home!
